Managed Web & Software Development Licenses

Managed Web & Software Development Licenses refer to licenses utilized in conjunction with our web and software development packages. The packages available in our Web & Software Development categories are our made up of our proprietary systems and code, enabling the efficient delivery of professional websites, content management systems, and applications at a reasonable cost.

Included in these packages is our proprietary backend management system known as the Technology Management System (TMS). TMS has been designed to streamline the management of all Innov8 Digital Media websites, content management systems, and apps, consolidating the management of them into a centralized location. By utilizing TMS, our clients can significantly reduce both development time and expenses.

These managed licenses serve the purpose of providing our clients with cost-effective packages while safeguarding our intellectual property. However, please note that the managed licenses do not permit hosting on external servers, access to the server hosting account, or access to our proprietary source codes and database structure.

It is important to emphasize that with the managed licenses, the ownership of the source codes and database architecture remains exclusively with Innov8 Digital Media LTD.

Standard Managed License

The Standard Managed Web & Software Development License is perfect for businesses that require cost effective website and software development services but do not require access to the source codes and database. With the Standard Managed Web & Software Development License CogniTech Systems LTD will be responsible for updating any static images and content.

Unlocked Web & Software Development Licenses

The Unlocked Web & Software Development Licenses provide enhanced flexibility in terms of external hosting and ownership. These licenses are incompatible with our pre-existing Web & Software Development packages and do not incorporate the Technology Management System (TMS).

Under the purview of unlocked licenses, all websites, apps, content management systems, and backend management systems are custom-built from scratch to cater specifically to your unique requirements. It is important to note that while these licenses afford greater access and ownership privileges, they do entail a substantial increase in both development time and costs.

The Standard Unlocked Web & Software Development License is perfect for businesses that require to host their website on their own server with complete access to the source codes and database as well as rights to modify the source code and database, but do not require ownership. 

This license cannot be used in conjunction with our proprietary Technology Management System (TMS).
