Cogy Code
Cogy Code indexes the files, functions and references in your repository. The agent uses the index to answer questions about the code and shows how certain each answer is.
The index is built by parsing the repository. The agent queries it to find where code is defined and used, so its answers come from the code itself.
Each answer is labelled with its certainty, which shows whether it was confirmed from the index or inferred.
