Cogy Server
A job takes a bug or feature through a brief, a plan, the work and a review. Each stage is approved before the next one starts.
New jobs are saved as reports and do not start until an owner assigns a planner, a worker, a verifier and a reviewer. The brief and plan are checked before work begins, and the finished work is reviewed before a merge request is opened.
If the work goes outside the agreed scope, the change is recorded as a deviation and checked separately. The full history stays with the job.
