OVERVIEW

Why businesses come to us for this.

Support is worth what it saves you on the bad day. The value is having someone who already understands how your systems fit together answer the phone, so you are not explaining your setup from scratch while trading is stopped.

We support what we built and plenty that we did not. Websites and web applications, ecommerce platforms, AI systems and connected devices, covering both the small changes that pile up and the failures that stop everything. You get the engineers rather than a ticket queue, and you get told what actually went wrong.

COMMON QUESTIONS

The questions we get asked about Tech Support

No. A good part of the work is systems somebody else built and then left. We start by working out how it actually fits together, which is usually the thing missing when a business changes supplier.

It depends what you have agreed and how badly it is broken. Something that has stopped you trading is not treated like a change that can wait until Thursday, and both are agreed in writing rather than implied.

A person, and usually one who already knows your setup. The value of support is not having to explain your systems from scratch while you are losing money.

Agreed at the start and written down. Fixing something that broke is support, building something new is development, and we would rather have that conversation before the invoice than after it.

Yes, where the business needs it and the cost makes sense. For a shop that closes at six there is usually no point paying for cover at midnight, and we will say so.

Access, and whatever documentation exists even if that is nothing. Where nothing exists we write it as we go, because the alternative is a business that depends on one person remembering.

Let us build your future.

Bring us a plan or just an idea. We will arrange a discovery meeting with you to go through it.
